After meeting our Afghan friends, I asked my students for feedback from the activity. Here are their answers:
După întâlnirea cu partenerii noștri afghani, am cerut elevilor mei feedback de la activitate. Iată ce au scris:
"Mie mi-a plăcut foarte mult prezentarea lor: imnul, steagul, felul în care și-au prezentat hainele tradiționale. M-a impresionat faptul că ei au făcut un poster cu steagul României ca să participe, alături de noi, la sărbătorirea Centenarului Marii Uniri a românilor."
"I liked their presentation very much: their anthem, flag, the way they presented their traditional clothes. I was very impressed by the fact that they made a poster with our Romanian flag, as they wanted to join us in celebrating the Centennial from the Great Unification of the Romanian provinces in 1918."

"Mi-au plăcut imnul și cântecele lor. Mi-au plăcut rochiile tradiționale ale fetelor și felul în care au vorbit ei în engleză. Pe viitor am să studiez mai mult engleza să pot și eu comunica așa usor în această limbă. Sper că ne mai putem întâlni online cu ei."
"I liked their anthem and their songs. I liked the girls' traditonal dresses very much. I also liked how they spoke in English. I want to study more English in future to be able to communicate so easily in this language. I hope we can meet them online again ."

"Mie mi-au plăcut foarte mult hainele lor tradiționale, în special costumul unui băiat care părea să fie costum de polițist. Când am ieșit în fața clasei să vorbesc cu colegii noștri din Afghanistan, am avut mari emoții, dar, cu ajutorul doamnei profesoare, am reușit să comunic cu ei."
"I liked their traditional clothes very much, especially a boy's costume, that looked like a policeman's costume. I was very nervous when I had to go in front of the class and speak to our friends. But my teacher helped me, so I succeeded to talk to them."
